How it works

Lodge Your Request

Schools can log a service job through the Edunet eShop Customer Area. Parents can lodge a request via their school's Edunet BYOD Portal or contact our support team.

 Assessment & Collection

Our service team reviews the request and arranges the most appropriate repair pathway, whether onsite, warranty, insurance or depot repair.

Repair & Updates

Your device is repaired by our authorised technicians, with progress updates provided throughout the process.

Return & Resolution

The repaired device is returned and the service request is completed, ensuring your student or staff member is back up and running as quickly as possible.

Connected Service Management

Edunet's service platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing ICT ecosystem.
