Returns Policy

Edunet may accept returned products for up to 14 days after delivery subject to the following conditions:

Any product accepted for return must be in pristine condition, with packaging unopened and all seals intact. Any product which has been opened, damaged or soiled or is not in a resalable condition cannot be accepted for return.

Edunet charges an administration fee of 5% of the price of the returned goods in addition to any restocking fee which may be charged to Edunet by our suppliers in relation to the item. Restocking fees levied from our suppliers are typically between 10% and 20% but may range up to 50% for some items. Freight charges and damage liability for returns will be the responsibility of the sender. Products supplied on a "No Return" basis can not be returned except under the terms of statutory warranties.

Return Process

If you need to return goods:

  1. Contact us by phone on (03) 9708 8700 or email admin@edunet.com.au to obtain a return authorisation number (RA). R.A. numbers are only valid for 14 days.
  2. We will advise you how to label the goods for return an where to send them. We may also fax or email a pre printed address label to you.
  3. When we receive the goods, we will inspect them to ensure the condition of the goods meets our returns policy criteria and providing there are no problems we will then process a refund or adjustment. This process may take up to 14 days if a restocking fee from our suppliers is applicable.
